2 New Spring Exercise Programs 2022

At Boehm’s Physiotherapy in Martensville, Saskatchewan, it is our mission to provide our patients with success and an understanding of their injury, in order to ensure a full recovery. Our treatment programs are tailor-made to you individually and to your recovery goals. In our latest article, we discuss two new exercise programs we are welcoming as a service for May and June 2022.

Announcement of 2 New Exercise Programs Available

Starting May 2022, Boehm’s Physiotherapy is offering two new exercise programs.

Program #1: Adult Exercise Program


This program will help adults with prior balance problems, or that suffer problems related to Osteoarthritis. The group exercise program will be ran by a physiotherapist for a one hour session twice a week for a duration for 6 weeks. It will cost $96 per participant.

The adult exercise program will provide education on the importance and safety of exercising in these types of groups and conditions, and will serve as a starting point for adult exercise.

The exercise program will be an introduction to light resisted weight training, ensuring proper technique to maximize benefits.

Program #2: Learn to Lift Program


Boehm’s Physiotherapy will also offer a Learn to Lift exercise program. The program will emphasize learning how to weight train using proper technique to maximize health benefits and minimize injury. This program is offered to anyone regardless of previous weight lifting experience. No experience is needed to join the program.

Learn to Lift will cost $80 per participant and will include 2 sessions per week, for 4 weeks.

There is also an option for any member to purchase an individualized strength and conditioning program for an additional cost of $25 on the original program price.
