COVID-19 Self Assessment Tool and Clinic Guidelines

As our re-opening date keeps getting closer and closer, and the return of in-person treatment begins, we wanted to provide an update regarding  what we have been working on since the announcement of physiotherapy clinics in Saskatchewan re-opening. We also want to provide clients with helpful information prior to the first appointment.

We want to ensure our clients we are doing the best job with cleansing the clinic as possible to ensure the health and safety of everyone in the clinic. At Boehm’s Physiotherapy, we are going above and beyond to keep our clients and our staff safe. We are following every Federal, Provincial and Canadian Physiotherapy Association health guideline during the COVID-19 pandemic. Your health and safety is Boehm’s Physiotherapy’s top priority.

An IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT OF ALL CLIENTS in Saskatchewan is to use the Government of Saskatchewan COVID-19 Self-assessment tool prior to an appointment at Boehm’s Physiotherapy. Click HERE to launch the self-assessment.

  • Please complete the assessment prior to every appointment as you will not begin your treatment process until after the self-assessment is completed.

What We Need From You

  • As stated above, you MUST complete the COVID-19 self-assessment prior to any appointment at Boehm’s Physiotherapy

  • Even though this is not a government regulation, we are encouraging clients to bring their own masks to the clinic during the time of their appointments. If you do not have one or cannot access one, we will be selling locally made cloth masks for the small price of $10.00/mask

  • If you are experiencing ANY SYMPTOMS, please respect the health and safety of the clinic and DO NOT come to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time, cost free.

Virtual Appointments and Availability

We will still be offering virtual health appointments as we have been during the COVID-19 pandemic, however, due to the re-opening of the clinic, availability to our physiotherapists will become a factor. Contact the clinic for more information about our virtual health appointments.

We will still be making these as needed, but preference would be to have an in-person appointment. At Boehm’s Physiotherapy, we are always focusing on meeting the needs and best interests of our clients, so if you feel a virtual appointment would be better suited for you, contact the clinic and we will do our best to suit your needs.
